Refund policy

At Avelio Living, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact Avelio Living with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, undamaged.
  • Be in its original packaging, including any boxes, protective materials, tags, manuals, accessories, or other items supplied with the product.
  • Not show signs of installation, use, alteration, or damage.

Items that have been used, installed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may be refused for items that:

  • Have been used or installed.
  • Are damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.
  • Are missing their original packaging or included accessories.
  • Are returned after the 14-day return period.

4. Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied by Avelio Living, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue and the packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within the 14-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions described above.
